Synopsis

Following the Baseball World Cup, Gorou Honda rediscovers his commitment to the sport and earns a roster spot with the Hornets, returning to the United States to ready himself for a Major League pitching debut. Soon after, he is confronted by a chain of unforeseen problems and painful setbacks that erode his drive and put at risk the career he has labored to restore. In the series' final season, Gorou must confront severe internal struggles—challenges that run deeper than any physical injury—to try to salvage the future of his baseball life.
