Born into an entertainment family but determined to pursue manga, Izumi Sena avoided the spotlight after a single childhood commercial. A decade later, organizers seek the original child actors for an anniversary advertisement, bringing Izumi back together with Ryouma Ichijou, who has become a well-known actor. Ryouma has harbored romantic feelings for Izumi since their first encounter, a sentiment rooted in a persistent misunderstanding: Izumi's delicate looks and gender-neutral name led Ryouma to believe he was female, and that belief has lingered.
