Meanwhile, Yang Wen-li returns quietly to the Alliance capital and reunites with close companions. Both commanders anticipate a period of rest, but imperial leadership, influenced by Duke Otho von Braunschweig’s maneuvering, directs Reinhard to launch an invasion with a fleet of twenty thousand vessels.
