Synopsis

Kazuma Satou, once a shut-in and now reincarnated into a fantasy world as an adventurer, comes back home after events at the Crimson Demon village. He reunites with his dependable yet flawed teammates: the vain goddess Aqua, the single-minded explosion mage Megumin, and the masochistic crusader Lalatina Ford 'Darkness' Dustiness. Having edged closer to confronting the Demon King and his forces, Kazuma would rather avoid that looming duty. Instead, the group's daily reality is marked by mounting debts, diverted missions, and frequent mishaps caused by their impulsiveness and odd personalities. Amid these ongoing troubles, a princess requests an audience to hear about their supposed heroics. Despite Darkness urging them to decline, the rest press on, setting off a peculiar new escapade whose outcomes are unpredictable.
