Synopsis

A specialized naval facility is established to combat the persistent threat posed by the hostile Abyssal Fleet to the world's oceans. This base does not rely on conventional armaments but instead deploys "Kanmusu"—young women who house the spirits of historical Japanese warships. These Kanmusu possess the unique ability to equip specialized gear, allowing them to manifest and utilize the formidable power residing within their souls. Fubuki, a Destroyer-class Kanmusu, arrives at the base as a new enlistee. Despite her lack of experience and shy demeanor, she is assigned to the renowned Third Torpedo Squadron and promptly thrust into intense combat situations. After being saved from imminent destruction, the novice warship girl commits herself to achieving the same strength as her rescuer.
