Synopsis

Following the conclusion of the second Division Rap Battle, the nation experiences a rise in riots and criminal acts committed by civilians who retain no memory or motive for their behavior. Authorities suspect a connection to the Hypnosis Microphones and the Party of Words launches an inquiry to locate whoever is orchestrating these incidents. Incidents increase across all six divisions, prompting each division’s leader to urgently seek ways to prevent further disorder. When the puppeteer behind the unrest escalates threats against their domains, the six leaders are compelled to set aside rivalries and cooperate to uncover the truth and halt the disruption.
