Synopsis

A world ravaged by continuous warfare witnesses the emergence of 'Hypnosis Microphones,' devices that transform spoken lyrics into a potent force capable of influencing listeners' minds and inflicting physical damage. Introduced by the Party of Words, these instruments have redefined combat, making words and music the exclusive means of engagement for various factions, while traditional weaponry has been outlawed. Amidst the resulting societal upheaval, the all-female Party of Words establishes dominance over the Japanese government, centralizing women's lives within Chuuouku. Outside this district, men vie for control over surrounding territories through organized rap battles. With undisclosed motives, the ruling Party of Words begins to reassemble the disbanded members of the legendary rap collective, The Dirty Dawg. Their objective is not territorial conquest or military conflict, but a contest of pride and honor for their individual crews. The inaugural Division Rap Battle is poised to commence, featuring participants whose mastery requires no preliminary preparation.
