Synopsis

On the opening day at Kamizono Academy, reserved Ayumi Nonomura and the soft-spoken Tatsuki Iizuka find themselves disoriented on the sprawling campus. They are soon joined by the irrepressible Torako Kageyama and her close friend Suzume Saotome. With Torako often taking the lead and sometimes exerting a gentle shove, the group of girls and their peers confront the everyday challenges that arise at school, in their families, and during adolescence, learning to cope with those struggles together.
