Synopsis

In the third installment of Ghost in the Shell: Arise, Major Motoko Kusanagi and Batou confront a terrorist network identified by the Scylla emblem, attempting to disrupt its operations and uncover its aims. Simultaneously, Togusa conducts a separate inquiry into the killing of a man who owned a prosthetic limb produced by the Mermaid's Leg company. The film follows these parallel investigations as they intersect with issues of technology, identity, and criminal threat in a near-future setting.
