Synopsis

As a new academic year begins, the members of the Society for the Study of Modern Visual Culture face the familiar task of finding fresh participants. Reluctantly tasked with helping, they encounter Chika Ogiue, a transferee from the Manga Club whose blunt declaration that she dislikes otaku immediately upends expectations. Her arrival promises to alter interpersonal dynamics and challenge the group's routines as they navigate recruitment and the adjustments of welcoming someone with a confrontational view of their shared interests.
