Synopsis

In Ergastalum, mercenaries Nicholas Brown and Worick Arcangelo—known as the Handymen—accept dangerous assignments others refuse. Employed by both crime syndicates and law enforcement, they handle missions that demand extreme resolve. After carrying out an order to kill a local pimp, they bring Alex Benedetto, a prostitute also marked for elimination, under their protection to shield her from those who want her erased from the decrepit city she calls home. At the same time, Ergastalum experiences a deep upheaval that jeopardizes the fragile power structure. Once a refuge for Twilights—humans altered by a special drug who possess extraordinary abilities—the city now sees those beings persecuted by a rising clandestine organization. This emerging threat escalates tensions and sets the stage for a conflict the Handymen cannot evade.
