After Fairy Tail splintered and its members scattered across Fiore, Natsu Dragneel refuses to let the guild fade. Together with his companion Happy and ally Lucy Heartfilia, he pursues the goal of bringing the guild back together and preserving the bond and fiery resolve it represents. Their efforts continue amid escalating danger: the Alvarez Empire mounts a massive invasion of Fiore, bringing a vast army and a familiar ruler to challenge them.
