Synopsis

A quirky chronicle follows two inept operatives from the ACROSS group who aim to take control of Fukuoka as the organization’s leader pursues a modest step toward domination. Assigned to this task are Excel and her partner Hyatt, whose missions routinely descend into blunders that trigger fatalities and widespread damage. Opposing them are the City Security team, made up of three largely ordinary men, a stern young woman, and several robots, who repeatedly confront the pair’s bungled plans. The series documents the escalating complications and misadventures that arise from the officers’ consistently flawed performance, maintaining a tone of chaotic comedy amid recurring failure and destruction.
