Synopsis

Hajime Sekiguchi leaves his previous career as a life insurance salesman and, driven by a desperate impulse, enters the nightlife industry as a host. At Club One he encounters a varied ensemble: a veteran 'younger brother' type with two decades of experience, an ex-idol who leverages romantic appeal to sell, and an intensely aggressive colleague fixated on mobile games. Though he initially views the work as unsuitable for anyone with a clear head, Hajime applies his refined client-relations and sales techniques from his insurance background to attract patrons and establish an unexpected role for himself among the club’s unconventional staff.
