Synopsis
Nobita acquires a large rhinoceros beetle and vows to care for it. Soon after, Doraemon and his friends come across an isolated island inhabited by a tribe living alongside prehistoric animals that have survived thanks to a legendary beetle spirit called Golden Hercules. Their discovery is imperiled when a band of criminals from the future arrives with plans to seize Golden Hercules for profit, forcing the group to confront the threat to the island and its inhabitants.
