Synopsis

Nobita, still mourning his grandmother who passed away years earlier, is taken by Doraemon on a journey to the past so he can see her once more. In that earlier time they encounter younger versions of Nobita and his schoolmates, and meet Nobita’s mother as she was when she does not recognize either Nobita or Doraemon. The visit becomes complicated as they navigate emotional reunions, misunderstandings, and the difficulties of interacting with people who belong to a different time, all while seeking a brief chance to reconnect with a lost family member.
