Synopsis

Cinque is called back to Flonyard to again serve as the Biscotti Republic’s hero, stepping into a role that feels familiar despite his absence. He arrives accompanied by two companions who assume heroic positions of their own: Rebecca Anderson, his childhood friend, takes up the mantle for the Principality of Pastillage at the request of Princess Couvert Eschenbach Pastillage; and Nanami Takatsuki, his cousin, becomes the hero representing the Galette Lion Dominion. The three teenagers are energetic and athletic, drawn to competitive events, but their return also brings a web of hidden truths and unresolved puzzles that must be addressed, putting their duties and pastimes to the test.
