Synopsis
Kappei is unusually short but excels at every athletic discipline. He stays as a lodger in the home of the kind Akane and harbors romantic feelings for her. A peculiar adversary emerges in the form of Akane's dog, Salomone, who sets up devious obstacles to thwart Kappei. Besides plotting against him, the dog serves to clarify the rules whenever the story introduces a new sport. Kappei also has an ongoing obsession with white women’s underwear and repeatedly attempts to lift female characters’ skirts.
