Synopsis
After being expelled from Earth, Captain Harlock and the crew of the starship Arcadia confront a galaxy shaped by the destructive advance of the Illumidus, a humanoid force that conquers, enslaves, or devastates habitable worlds. As they resist these invaders, Harlock embarks on a quest for a fabled Planet of Peace, a refuge where all sentient beings might coexist free from conflict. The series follows their struggles against the Illumidus and their persistent search for a sanctuary that could end the cycle of war and oppression.
