Synopsis

Hellsalem's Lot, once New York City, now hosts humans alongside vampires, talking fishmen, supersonic monkeys, and other supernatural beings after a dimensional gateway sealed the area three years earlier. The city exists inside an impenetrable barrier that forced people and creatures to adapt to a shared daily life. Libra, a covert group of unusual individuals and enhanced operatives, handles lawkeeping and containment to prevent the city's turmoil from spilling outward. Leonardo Watch, an amateur photographer, leads an ordinary life until he gains a power called the "All-seeing Eyes of the Gods," obtained at the cost of his sister losing her sight. Seeking ways to aid his sister and understand his new abilities, Leo arrives in Hellsalem's Lot and encounters Libra. Recruited unexpectedly, he becomes entangled with the organization's members and finds his day-to-day existence transformed as he navigates bizarre incidents and dangerous situations in the most peculiar city on Earth.
