Synopsis

Train Heartnet, a notorious killer renowned for his precision and indifference to life, operates under the alias Black Cat for the secretive group Chronos. One bleak evening he encounters Saya Minatsuki, a mysterious bounty hunter whose optimistic demeanor gradually influences him. Motivated by this growing bond, Train resolves to abandon his role as an assassin and pursue a more honorable life as a bounty hunter. Chronos, and especially Creed Diskenth—a possessive subordinate—reacts hostilely to Train’s change and prepares to use force to retrieve their wayward operative. As Train attempts to leave his former identity behind, the threat of violent confrontation follows him.
