Synopsis

Koyomi Araragi, a third-year high school student, survives an assault by a vampire with assistance from Meme Oshino, an enigmatic man living in an abandoned building. Though restored to human form, Araragi retains lingering effects such as accelerated healing and sharper eyesight. Striving to maintain an ordinary student life, he leans on friends including classmate and president Tsubasa Hanekawa. When fellow student Hitagi Senjougahara collapses and is found to be unnaturally light, Araragi becomes determined to help her despite her objections and turns to Oshino for guidance. The series follows Araragi through multiple encounters with apparitions, oddities, and supernatural afflictions as he seeks to aid those affected by these phenomena.
