Synopsis

Seikichi Kuroda, who claims the role of protector and bullies of Hekikuu High, confronts rumors about a first-year transfer, Seiichirou Kitano, believed to intimidate classmates. Intending to assert control, Seikichi approaches but recoils in terror upon seeing Seiichirou’s unsettling visage. Despite that frightening exterior, Seiichirou is compassionate and struggles to express himself; his looks have kept peers distant and fearful throughout his life. As circumstances force them together, the two discover that companionship can arise from unexpected encounters and that understanding can bridge appearances and miscommunication.
