In the afterlife, the Shinda Sekai Sensen (SSS) persist in a rebellious campaign against God under the leadership of Yuri Nakamura. Yuri devises a clever scheme to break free from their current realm, and her team readies "Operation High Tension Syndrome" to mislead Kanade Tachibana, the student council president perceived as connected to God, into believing they are prepared to move on.
