Synopsis

Kansai appears as a neon-soaked city where pervasive cybernetic displays mask a harsher reality: a violent criminal underworld persists in its shadowed streets. Among those outcast figures are the Akudama, dangerous fugitives feared by the public. When the police prepare to carry out the public hanging of a notorious Akudama known as Cutthroat—condemned for nearly a thousand murders—a clandestine summons reaches several top-tier criminals. Promised a large payment, this select group is tasked with liberating Cutthroat, a maneuver designed by an unseen organizer to converge lethal personalities at the execution site. As plans unfold, the event risks erupting from state spectacle into a violent, uncontrolled massacre, forcing law enforcement and civilians to confront the brutal consequences of assembling such deadly forces.
