Synopsis
Sakamichi Onoda, a devoted anime fan, wants to recruit others to revive the anime club that recently fell apart. While riding his well-worn mamachari, his ability on the heavy bicycle catches the attention of two cyclists, who encourage him to consider joining the school's bicycle racing club instead.
