Synopsis

After claiming overall victory at the Interhigh, Sohoku High's bicycle racing club faces a season of transition as key third-years graduate. The club's lineup is reshaped around first-year racers Onoda Sakamichi, Imaizumi Shunsuke, and Naruko Shoukichi, guided by second-year captain Teshima Junta and vice-captain Aoyagi Hajime. Together they train as a reformed squad aiming to secure a second straight national championship. Their chief opponents, including a revitalized Hakone Academy and the formidable Kyoto Fushimi High led by Midousuji Akira, also introduce new members and intensify preparation. The series follows these schools and their top riders as they sharpen their abilities and strategies in pursuit of Interhigh supremacy.
