Synopsis

Hitoyoshi Yokoya finds a nameless young woman in maid attire at his door claiming to be his new servant after her previous master directed her to his home. Though she presents herself as an experienced killer, her presence unnerves him and he attempts to send her away. When she leaves an item behind, Hitoyoshi goes to return it and is almost struck by a truck; the maid’s swift actions save him, and he brings her into his household. Despite having no talents beyond the lethal skills she honed from childhood, the girl is welcomed by Hitoyoshi, who urges her to move beyond a colorless past and try ordinary life. He gives her the name Yuki, initiating her tentative journey toward redemption and a more hopeful existence.
