Synopsis

In the early 22nd century, a fleet vessel encountered three worlds struck by a moving planet called X23, which was advancing toward Earth. Captain Dr. Sugita of the Green Sleeves refused orders to destroy X23, believing peaceful coexistence might be possible, and then contact with his ship was suddenly lost. Two years later, Susumu, Dr. Sugita’s son, is approached by strangers who bring him to Dr. Miya, one of the few who supported Sugita’s stance. Dr. Miya urges Susumu to join White Pegasus, a specialized medical rescue unit that uses a Micronizer System to reduce operatives to microscopic scale so they can treat patients from inside the body. When X23 finally appears within sight, its alien occupants—the Hues—target Susumu’s friend. Susumu and his White Pegasus teammates enter the friend’s body to fight the invaders, and during the mission Susumu realizes the signals emitted by chips in the Hues transmit music composed by him and his mother as a message intended for Dr. Sugita.
