Synopsis

Witches—individuals with supernatural abilities—live hidden alongside humans and sometimes misuse their powers for criminal acts. Such incidents fall under the purview of Solomon, an organization tasked with addressing supernatural crimes outside normal law enforcement. After completing training in Italy, rookie operative Robin Sena is reassigned to Solomon’s Japanese unit, STNJ. Robin herself wields strong fire-based powers, which creates tension given STNJ’s tactics for subduing wayward Witches, particularly the employment of an agent known as Orbo that can weaken or neutralize magical abilities. As she adapts to her new post, Robin must reconcile her identity as a Witch with the unit’s procedures, maneuver internal politics, and confront hostile Witches—each presenting distinct risks that complicate her efforts to belong and to carry out Solomon’s mission.
