Synopsis

Haneru Tobitatsu, an energetic middle school student devoted to dance, trains each day after school outside Memorial Hall, driven by admiration for the world-famous performer Jey El. Unbeknownst to him, his solitary practice is observed by Kanon Otosaki, who secretly performs online under the name Rhythm and also uses the same practice spot. When Haneru discovers Kanon’s double life, he quickly proposes collaborating, and through their shared enthusiasm they begin to experience the rewards of performing alongside others. Their partnership expands as they meet fellow dancers Kumonosuke, Mizuki, and Yuzuru, and the five form the street dance ensemble called Tribe Cool Crew. Confronting strong rivals in the street dancing scene, the group pursues the long-term goal of one day taking the stage with Jey El.
