After the danger of the Holy Grail War passes, Fuyuki City settles into calm and former Masters and Servants adapt to ordinary routines. Shirou assumes responsibility for preparing meals for his household and introduces Saber to contemporary dishes. Each day he visits the marketplace, experimenting with available ingredients and working within a modest budget to create varied home-cooked food. His culinary talent frequently draws unexpected visitors from around the city, keeping mealtimes lively at the Emiya residence. While guests socialize in the living room, Shirou methodically demonstrates how he prepares some of his favored recipes, including New Year soba with shrimp tempura, foil-baked salmon, and a creamy bamboo shoot gratin, offering a glimpse into everyday life and shared dining rituals.
