Synopsis

Fuutarou Uesugi excels academically but struggles in life: his reserved demeanor leaves him isolated, and his family faces severe financial strain due to his father's debts. During a lunch break he clashes with a female transfer student over a seat, creating mutual dislike. That same day he is offered unusually high pay to privately tutor a wealthy family's daughter, a chance to ease his family's burden. He accepts and is shocked to learn the client is the student he argued with, Itsuki Nakano. Attempts to mend their relationship fail, and Uesugi soon learns Itsuki is one of five sisters. In addition to Itsuki, he must tutor her quadruplet sisters—Miku, Yotsuba, Nino, and Ichika—each resistant to studying despite facing the risk of failing. With his family's welfare dependent on the job, Uesugi remains determined to overcome the sisters' reluctance and guide them toward graduation.
