Synopsis

As technological methods of achieving immortality rise and age-old cultivation practices wane, Wang Xuan, a young prodigy trained in the traditional ways, becomes entangled with a covert group called Secret Road. Through chance he gains access to powerful relics and repeatedly clashes with practitioners of the new techniques as well as other immortal cultivators. His journey comprises dangerous confrontations and tense expeditions that gradually reveal concealed truths behind the long-standing cultivation tradition.
