Synopsis

Souichiro Nagi and Bob Makihara enter high school determined to claim dominance in campus combat rather than pursue typical academic goals. Their new institution, Toudou Academy, is dedicated to restoring martial arts across Japan, making it a uniquely competitive environment where physical prowess outweighs conventional subjects. Early on, their bid for supremacy is halted by Masataka Takayanagi and Maya Natsume, upperclassmen whose skill and authority abruptly check the freshmen’s ambitions. Instead of discouraging them, the encounter intensifies Souichiro and Bob’s desire to rise higher. As they navigate this school of elite fighters, questions arise about who truly ranks above Masataka and Maya, the nature of the formidable students populating the academy, and the reason behind Maya’s younger sister’s fixation on Souichiro. The series follows their struggles, rivalries, and the challenges of attempting to become the strongest within a community built around combat.
