Synopsis

Tenchi Masaki's ordinary existence is upended when a notorious space pirate's vessel is downed and wrecks near his family's shrine. After rescuing the pirate, he inadvertently brings a group of alien women into his household: the refined Princess Aeka of Jurai and her lively sister Sasami; the absent-minded top-class detective Mihoshi Kuramitsu alongside her steadier colleague Kiyone Makibi; and the unconventional scientist Washuu Hakubi. Each woman strives to adjust to life on Earth, but their advanced habits and unfamiliar customs clash with the shrine's simple routines, producing disruption and frequent chaos for Tenchi. Despite the difficulties they cause, Tenchi gradually grows close to each of them, and through these evolving relationships he attains a clearer sense of his responsibilities and his connection to the broader universe.
