Synopsis

Ancient records describe the Seraphim, divine entities that bestow blessings and receive prayers from humanity. Individuals who gain the capacity to engage with these spirits are called Shepherds. Respected for their timely interventions in crises yet also feared for their power, Shepherds and Seraphim occupy a prominent place in folklore. Sorey, a human raised in the Seraphim-populated village of Elysia, is captivated by the Celestial Records and explores nearby ruins with Mikleo, his Seraphim childhood companion, to uncover the past ties between the Seraphim and mankind. Trapped deep within the ruins, they encounter an enigmatic girl urgently seeking a Shepherd’s aid to stop a spreading darkness that threatens the world. Despite Mikleo’s caution about interacting with other humans, Sorey chooses to assist her, setting him on a path that brings him closer to realizing a vision of harmony between humans and Seraphim.
