Synopsis

A young individual named Mitsuo encounters an extraterrestrial being known as Superman, who represents a federation dedicated to preserving cosmic tranquility. Mitsuo is endowed with specialized equipment: a helmet granting enhanced physical capabilities and serving as a disguise, a cape enabling aerial movement, and a badge facilitating underwater respiration and inter-team communication. Upon utilizing these new abilities, Mitsuo connects with fellow recipients of similar gifts. Superman imposes a strict condition on all these new heroes, referred to as Permans: their true identities must remain concealed. Any breach of this secrecy carries the severe consequence of brain destruction. To aid in maintaining this anonymity, each Perman receives a robotic duplicate designed to cover their absence, though this system is not without its inherent vulnerabilities and potential complications. Equipped with these tools, these young Permans dedicate themselves to upholding peace and assisting those in need.
