Synopsis

Ken Sugisaki believes he has secured an easy, indulgent existence as vice president of Hekiyou Academy’s student council, imagining days filled with snacks, games, and the company of attractive girls. The council’s composition is unusual: most officers are chosen by popularity, but an extra seat goes to the top exam scorer. Historically a poor student, Ken improves his grades to claim that spot with the intention of being surrounded by admiring female peers. His expectations clash with reality when the female council members resist his overtures and prioritize practical, administrative tasks like planning school events and overseeing clubs. Despite repeated setbacks and the gap between fantasy and responsibility, Ken persists in pursuing his original, somewhat fanciful goals while navigating the obligations of his position and the rebuffs he encounters.
