Synopsis

Fifteen-year-old Umika Konohoshi has long been captivated by the idea of extraterrestrial life and dreams of traveling beyond Earth to make contact. Her intense interest sets her apart from classmates and deepens her existing social anxiety, leaving her struggling to connect with others. On the first day of high school, Umika encounters Yuu Akeuchi, a new student who says she crash-landed on Earth and has no memory of her past. Umika hopes this meeting will finally bring the closeness she seeks, but her timid nature prevents her from reaching out. Noticing Umika’s inner turmoil, Yuu unexpectedly uses an unfamiliar ability to access Umika’s mind. This encounter initiates an uncommon bond that may support Umika as she pursues her belief that her destiny lies beyond the planet.
