Koujirou leaves Hokkaido for life in Tokyo, bringing his cherished horse Hikarikin along. An extraterrestrial monarch named Rel appears from the planet Wedelun and entrusts Koujirou with a belt that enables him to transform into a Miracle Hero tasked with defending Earth against alien threats. Despite the heavy responsibility, Koujirou is often preoccupied with winning the affection of the attractive Yuka, while a rival, Michinari, competes for her attention.
