Synopsis

Futaba Ichinose is an inexperienced voice actress determined to rise in the demanding, fast-moving field of seiyuu work. Constantly hunting auditions and practice opportunities, she navigates crowded production spaces and encounters established professionals as she searches for a distinct performance identity. Along her path she becomes close with two peers: Ichigo Moesaki, an aspiring idol with eccentric claims of royal extraterrestrial origin, and Rin Kohana, a sunny child actress striving to juggle school responsibilities with an active career. Together they face the unpredictable successes and setbacks of show business, while Futaba prepares for a pivotal agency evaluation that could abruptly alter her prospects. The series offers an earnest, comedic look at the craft and industry behind anime voices.
