Synopsis

A strange blizzard envelopes Tokyo, revealing an antagonist known as the snow queen Kaguya who seeks to encase the planet in ice. The Inner Sailor Senshi join forces with the Outer Guardians to confront this chilling threat. Concurrently, Luna forms a deep emotional attachment to a human astronomer, Kakeru, whose partner is an astronaut preparing for a shuttle mission. When Kakeru falls ill, Luna longs to take human form so she can be by his side and help him. The story balances the urgency of a world-threatening menace with Luna’s personal, heartfelt desire to protect someone she cares about.
