When a comet streaks across the heavens, its glare falls on humanity even as a colossal swarm of virus-like entities breaches the real world, devastating everything before them. In response, Netto and Enzan perform a cross fusion to confront the onslaught, but the maneuver transports them to an unfamiliar place. There they encounter the figure revealed to be behind the assault: Duo.
