Synopsis

Tsutsui, a high-school otaku, is gradually settling into a relationship with his attractive classmate Iroha, yet everyday pressures complicate their connection. As the school plans its cultural festival, Tsutsui is assigned to committee work that tests his patience and resilience, while Iroha faces peer pressure to participate in the event’s beauty contest. At the same time, Itou, Tsutsui’s close friend, must confront his own feelings: after summoning the courage to confess to Ayado, he is turned down and must cope with the disappointment. Both Tsutsui and Itou respond to these setbacks by committing to personal improvement, attempting to navigate social expectations, emotional strain, and the awkwardness of youth. The story explores whether sincere efforts and intentions can lead to healing and happiness or whether unforeseen pain will complicate their paths.
