Synopsis

Nijiiro Days centers on four male high school students whose daily lives are marked by romantic pursuits and comedic complications. Natsuki Hashiba is a romantic idealist who, after being dumped on Christmas Eve, encounters a girl in a Santa outfit who offers him comfort and immediately captures his heart. That girl, Anna Kobayakawa, turns out to attend his school, setting the stage for his earnest attempts to win her affection. Tomoya Matsunaga presents himself as a confident charmer juggling multiple relationships; Keiichi Katakura exhibits a domineering, teasing nature and is never without his signature whip; Tsuyoshi Naoe is an avid fan of anime and manga whose partner enjoys dressing up. As Natsuki tries to develop his connection with Anna, his three friends repeatedly intrude—both helping and complicating matters—as each pursues their own romantic goals.
