Following the destruction of the Mechanical City and the near-destruction of the Mohists, the Qin Empire aims to usher in stability by mobilizing vast labor for the Great Wall and initiating advanced state projects. A large vessel known as the Mirage looms offshore, causing unease among coastal communities. In Shanghai, multiple insurrectionary groups unite to oppose the Emperor’s designs. Opposing the rebels are imperial forces including the Quicksand group, the Yin-Yang School, the Net Trap Organization, and the swordsman Shengqi, while the rebel coalition consists of the remnants of the Mohists alongside Confucian and Taoist allies. Tianming continues his development and training, confronting escalating responsibilities and trials as he leads the Mohist faction.
