Synopsis

Three exceptionally gifted young espers—Kaoru, a bold telekinetic; Shiho, a sardonic psychometrist who can glean thoughts and histories from objects; and Aoi, a calm, logical teleporter—represent a potent new stage in psychic development. To channel their abilities and address a rising trend of psychic phenomena, they are placed under the care of B.A.B.E.L. (Base of Backing ESP Laboratory), an organization aiming to integrate these "Children" into a broader strategy for managing psychic evolution. Assigned to oversee their field operations is Koichi Minamoto, a fatigued young commander faced with the difficult duty of leading a team of pre-teen girls whose powers make them both assets and sources of responsibility.
