Synopsis

Joelle Davidovich Pomponette—commonly called Pompo—is a highly skilled film producer who benefits from her grandfather’s industry ties and instincts. Despite clear potential, she prefers to back lowbrow B-movie projects. Unexpectedly, she entrusts her assistant, Gene Fini, with an ambitious screenplay chronicling a composer's life and grants him his first opportunity as director. Gene invests himself fully to realize the project, but with intense responsibilities and only days until the deadline, he faces difficult choices about what must be given up to complete his vision.
