Synopsis
LaRousse City, a technologically advanced metropolis known for its Battle Tower, becomes the setting for a tense encounter when Satoshi pairs with a timid boy named Tooi, whose traumatic past has left him terrified of all Pokémon, even gentle ones like Pikachu. The situation escalates when the alien Pokémon Deoxys invades, disrupting the city's systems and taking inhabitants hostage. The intrusion draws the fury of the Legendary Rayquaza, which seeks to expel the interloper from its territory. As machines fail and danger spreads, Satoshi, Tooi and their companions find themselves caught between opposing forces yet remain determined to continue the struggle.
